The Second Article (Part 2): Redeemed
Level 1 (PreK & Kindergarten)
[The main idea] I believe that Jesus willingly died on the cross in order to rescue me from sin, death, and the power of the devil.
Level 2 (1st-6th grade)
And [I believe] in Jesus Christ, His only Son, our Lord, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried. He descended into hell. The third day He rose again from the dead. He ascended into heaven and sits at the right hand of God, the Father Almighty. From thence He will judge the living and the dead.
"What I received I passed on to you. And it is the most important of all. Here is what it is. Christ died for our sins, just as Scripture said he would." (1 Corinthians 15:3) ESV
Level 3 (7th grade - Age 105)

What does this mean?
[Jesus] has redeemed me, a lost and condemned person, purchased and won me from all sins, from death, and from the power of the devil; not with gold or silver, but with His holy, precious blood and with His innocent suffering and death.
